Mutations studied: vestigial wings

Presented in a Petri dish, in a perfectly transparent resin, the fruit flies are easily observable under a magnifying glass and maintain the realistic character of "as in the lab" fruit fly counts.
Parents, F1, and back cross are available in individual boxes of 40 sorted and counted individuals. The proportions of flies in each box correspond to the expected theoretical frequencies.

Parents box = 20 fruit flies of each parent P1 (wild-type) and P2 (vestigial).
F1 box = cross P1 x P2 = 100% wild-type phenotype
Back-Cross (BC) box = cross F1 x recessive parent = 20 wild-type + 20 vestigial

Objectives:
Observe the sorted fruit flies under a binocular microscope, develop models, study chromosome segregation, gene distribution. Based on these results, define the type of hereditary law to which the studied strain corresponds.
