Interferometers

Interferometers are optical instruments designed to produce and observe light interference.

They make it possible to compare two beams coming from the same light source in order to detect very small differences in their optical paths.

Among the most well-known types are the Michelson, Fabry–Pérot, and Mach–Zehnder interferometers, each offering a different way to study interference patterns.

Thanks to their high-quality optical components, these systems can be used with spectral lamps, lasers, or white light, and the resulting interference patterns can be projected onto a screen for teaching or demonstration purposes.

Some models are mounted on magnetic optical tables, ensuring great stability and precise observation of the interference fringes.
