Vegetable dye cutting kit (xylem and phloem) + stand
This kit contains all the reagents necessary for obtaining a differential staining of the conducting tissues of sap, xylem, phloem.
The carmino green staining protocol consists of two successive stainings. The carmine alum colors the cellulose in red and the brilliant green colors the lignin in green (brilliant green gives results comparable to iodine green). The term iodine green is sometimes wrongly used, this 'historical' dye has not been marketed in the European market for several years.
Polypropylene rack in 2 parts, very practical for securing storage and handling on the bench.
