PAL-Fish Filets – The new standard for measuring dried and raw fish

Discover the improved version of the famous salinometer PAL-FM1: the PAL-Fish Filets. Designed to offer optimal precision, it now allows for measuring both dried fish and raw fillets with great ease.

With an expanded temperature compensation range of 5 to 40 °C, suited for real-world conditions, measurements are more reliable and stable. Simply insert the probe directly into the fillet: in just 3 seconds, you get an accurate reading, close to the result obtained by titration.

For dried fish, measurement is recommended at the abdomen level for better accuracy.

The PAL-Fish Filets simplifies the measurement process by eliminating the constraints of traditional methods. A time-saving and reliable solution for all industry professionals!
