The ORF 2UM refractometer is particularly suitable for measuring and determining AdBlue, ethylene glycol concentrations, propylene glycol, battery fluid, and freezing point. The main application areas of this device are the automotive, chemical, solar, and geothermal industries.
The models of the KERN ORF series are very precise digital and universal manual refractometers that require no maintenance.
Furthermore, their ergonomics have been specially designed to offer simple, fast, and efficient use in a sustainable manner.
The device is equipped with a color Thin-film transistor (TFT) screen that is easily readable with integrated temperature display to help the user determine an exact value confidently.
The software integrated into the device offers various measurements with different graduations.
Automatic temperature compensation (ATC) avoids manual conversion and ensures flawless regularity and accuracy. Additionally, factory calibration of the refractometers allows for immediate use.
This series is protected against dust and water splashes according to the international protection class IP65. After use, you can rinse the refractometer with running water.
