The Mastercycler X40 supports a wide range of sample formats, including 0.1 mL, 0.2 mL tubes, and PCR plates (skirted, semi-skirted, and non-skirted). It also incorporates cutting-edge technologies such as SafeLid, which automatically adjusts pressure to prevent sample evaporation, and easy data transfer via USB or Ethernet, ensuring a smooth migration of protocols from older models.
