The **TruBlu™ 2 transilluminator** has a large viewing surface and a white light mode that enhances the observation of colored DNA or protein gels. This mode can also be used to observe the fluorescence of green fluorescent proteins (GFP) from transgenesis kits. In blue light mode, the device allows visualization of DNA gels stained with GelGreen™ dye. The TruBlu™ 2 has a sufficient surface area to simultaneously view up to eight gels of 70 x 70 mm.
