Trans-Blot SD semi-dry transfer system - 1703940EDU - BIO-RAD
The semi-dry transfer cell (SD) Trans-Blot allows for fast, efficient, and cost-effective transfer without buffer tanks or gel cassettes. Features and Benefits Transfers can be completed in just 15 to 60 minutes. Minimal buffer requirements result in cost savings. Capable of transferring up to four precast or handcast Mini-PROTEAN® gels, or three Criterion™ gels. One-step locking system enables simple and quick setup. Platinum-coated titanium anode plate electrodes and stainless steel cathode plate electrodes ensure consistent and reliable transfers, durability, and long lifespan. Additional plastic spacers needed by other semi-dry blotters to prevent electrode short circuits are unnecessary. The safety cover cuts off the electric current when lifted, preventing electric shocks.
The semi-dry electrophoretic transfer cell Trans-Blot SD includes the cell, a Trans-Blot SD agarose gel support frame, and four packs of extra thick blotting paper (60 sheets each, 7 x 8.4 cm, 8 x 13.5 cm, and 30 sheets each, 14 x 16 cm, and 18 x 18.5 cm).
