Agarose gel casting tray for tank 591059

Simplify the preparation of your agarose gels during your DNA electrophoresis lab sessions. Pour the still liquid gel directly onto the gel casting plate designed and manufactured by Jeulin.

The casting plate is suitable for agarose gel support (591059 and 591002) to prepare a 40 ml gel with 11 wells. Internal dimensions (L x W x H) = 87 x 80 x 22 mm.

2 in 1! This plate also serves for post-staining soaking with GelGreen. Simple and economical, after electrophoresis, soak the gel in 10 mL of a GelGreen solution (30 min at 0.2%) then observe the result with the transilluminator (527004). This protocol increases the sensitivity and precision of fluorescence detection.
