Mercury spectral tube for power supply 213 050
Spectral tubes (Plücker tubes) are the most cost-effective solution for studying line spectra. Their fine and vertical emissive shape allows for easy spectral analysis.
Also available in Hydrogen (213053), Helium (213054), Neon (213055), Argon (202634), Oxygen (204089), and Xenon (204090) versions.
Attention: Depending on the chosen tube model, wait a few minutes for it to reach its full luminous power.
To maintain a lifespan of about a hundred hours, we recommend following the following ignition cycles:
- 5 min ON, then
- 1 min OFF
Maximum usage of 30 min (repeating 6 cycles: 5 min/1 min – 5 min/1 min – 5 min ...), followed by 30 min of rest (unplug the device)
