Restriction enzyme digestion kit / Lambda phage DNA analysis - 1660002EDU | Bio-Rad

With this kit, students use three different restriction enzymes to digest the genomic DNA of the lambda bacteriophage. By visualizing the effects of three different enzymes on identical samples of double-stranded DNA, students learn that different restriction enzymes recognize and cut different DNA sequences.

- Restriction enzymes HindIII, PstI, EcoRI
- Restriction buffer
- Uncut lambda DNA
- DNA size standard (lambda DNA digestion by HindIII)

- 100 ml TAE electrophoresis buffer, 50x
- 100 ml Fast Blast™ DNA stain, 500x
