Antibiogram kit 1 strain

Objectives: Testing the sensitivity of a bacterium to 3 different antibiotics.
Antibiogram by the diffusion method in a gel medium. Each pair will prepare 1 box. After a quick reactivation of the lyophilized strain, each pair directly inoculates the bacterial strain on a gel box. 3 different antibiotic discs are then placed. The results are read after 24 to 48 hours.

The kit consists of:
- 1 tube of lyophilized Inoculum Escherichia Coli
- 1 tube of 50 ml sterile physiological water
- Antibiotics (3 x 50 discs) ampicillin 10 µg, penicillin 10 µg, tetracycline 30 µg
- Mueller-Hinton medium in a ready-to-pour bottle (4 x 200 ml)
