Brucellosis agglutination immunology kit
Objective:
Have students perform an agglutination reaction on a card.
This test is done very quickly and easily using a small shaker.
Principle:
The presence of specific antibodies to the brucellosis antigen in the serum is demonstrated by mixing a drop of serum and a drop of the rose Bengal reagent containing the inactivated antigen.
The kit provides a positive reference serum and a test serum (negative) allowing the student to visualize and appreciate by difference the agglutination phenomenon.
Format: 20 complete tests
Duration of the experiment: 20 min
Shelf life: 12 months
Storage conditions: +4°C
The kit consists of:
