The Bio-Rad Quick Start™ Bradford protein test kit is a simple and accurate procedure for determining the concentration of proteins in solution.

Principle:
In this activity, students use the absorbance values of a set of protein samples of known concentrations to create a standard curve. The protein concentrations of their test samples, such as milk, egg, sports drink, or saliva, can then be extrapolated.
