PCR/ADN gel electrophoresis kit + TAE buffer + GelRed dye

This kit contains everything needed to perform 10 DNA electrophoresis gels with the GelRed dye. The GelRed dye reveals very small amounts of DNA in an electrophoresis gel through fluorescence. It is directly added to the gel during its preparation. Under UV light, the result is instantaneous. Revealing between 254 and 312 nm. - 4 g Agarose - 100 ml TAE buffer 10X (for 1 L) - 15 µl GelRed dye (store at 4°C, protected from light) *The number of gels that can be made with this kit depends on the agarose percentage and gel volume.*
