Temperature up to 80°C
Temperature range: +5° for IN versions up to 80°C, stability +/- 0.3° at 37°C, homogeneity +/- 0.6°C at 37°C.
Range of useful temperatures: At least 10° above ambient temperature up to 80.

Display resolution of setpoint temperature and actual temperature values: 0.1 °C
Temperature: 2 Pt100 DIN A class thermosensors in 4-wire technology with mutual monitoring and maintenance of operation at exactly the same temperature.

Regulation technique

ControlCOCKPIT: SingleDISPLAY. Adaptive multifunctional microprocessor PID digital regulator with 2 high-resolution TFT color screens.

Language configuration: German, English, French, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Hungarian.
Clock: Digital timer with programmable stop time and duration setting from 1 minute to 99 days.
HeatBALANCE function: Adaptation of thermal power distribution between upper and lower heating elements in a range of -50% to +50%.
SetpointWAIT function: Start of the process only when the setpoint temperature is reached.
Calibration: Three selectable temperature values.

Adjustable parameters: Temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit), air circulation motor speed, air flap position, program durations, time zones, daylight saving time/winter time.
Sterilization: Fixed sterilization program (4 h/160 °C) for sterilization of the internal chamber but not the loading element.

Aeration

Air turbine: Electronic adjustment in increments of 10%, silent, segment-specific.
Fresh air supply: Electronic adjustment in increments of 10%, segment-specific.
Air outlet: Connection for air outlet with flap, electronic adjustment.

Ambient temperature: +5 ºC to +40 ºC
Humidity h.r.: max. 80%, non-condensing.

Communication

Status recording: Program cycle recording in case of power failure
Programming: Programming, management, and downloading of programs from an Ethernet interface or USB port using AtmoCONTROL software.

Safety

Thermal safety device: Mechanical TB temperature limiter of protection class 1 (DIN 12880) for heating cut-off at about 20 °C above the maximum device temperature.
Thermal safety device: Selectable thermostat (protection class 3.1) or temperature limiter (protection class 2) on the screen.

AutoSAFETY: Integrated additional thermal safety device with alarm for automatic setpoint monitoring, which automatically monitors the setpoint value within a freely defined range, alarm in case of exceeding upper/lower threshold, heating cut-off in case of overheating.
