Multiple clearance applicators are designed for the production of uniform films of paints, adhesives, and similar products on flat substrates. They combine the precision of fixed applicators with the versatility of multiple clearance choices in a single pass. These applicators are suitable for use with water, acid, and alkaline solutions.
How to use your multi-clearance applicator:
- Place the support to be covered on a flat surface.
- Position the applicator with the desired clearance depth on the substrate.
- Pour the coating in front of the gap in the direction of the pull.
- Pull at a uniform speed (approx. 25 mm/s).
- Immediately place the applicator in the diluted cleaning solvent.
- Then clean with a brush.
