The Sandstone:
White glazed sandstone slab (KERAION brand from BUCHTAL) 8 mm thick glued to a 22 mm thick waterproof CTBH (650 kg/m2) double-sided laminated board.
2 slab formats: 600 x 600 x 8 mm and 600 x 750 x 8 mm.
Joint made with acid-resistant epoxy cement.
Edges protected by a 40 mm gray PVC anti-shock edge strip mounted with a fir tree tongue.
The performances:
Resistant to abrasion.
Resistant to common chemicals (acids and strong bases) and silver nitrate.
Resistant to dyes (maximum limit: methylene blue and neutral red).
Fire resistance (10-minute radiator spike test).
Insensitivity to moisture (water spill).
Suitable for all experimental environments.
The Metal Framework:
Mechanically welded H-shaped metal legs made of 30 x 30 x 2 mm steel tube.
Under-table stiffener made of 30 x 30 x 2 mm steel tube.
2 high and low bars to ensure the rigidity of the legs.
Legs fixed by screwing onto the stiffeners.
Epoxy powder coating resistant to chemicals (acid) baked in the oven.
Standard color RAL 5014 (contact us for other colors).
The Floor Fixing:
Each leg is equipped with adjustable jacks allowing the tables to be leveled with anchoring at a depth of 50 mm ensuring very high solidity and rigidity of the table.
The Fluid Protection Casings:
19 mm melamine-coated waterproof chipboard panel.
2 sides, white color.
Melamine edge.
CTBH (650 kg/m2).
Dowel assembly.
Adjustable jacks allowing the tables to be leveled with anchoring at a depth of 50 mm ensuring very high solidity and rigidity of the whole assembly.
