Presentation

The recirculating Sorbonne Captair Midcap uses the technique of molecular filtration on activated carbon allowing the retention by absorption of chemical vapors. The new BE+ filter meets the needs for handling solvents and acids, the AS filter meets the needs for handling solvents, specific F (formaldehyde) and K (ammonia) filters can be used on Midcap recirculating Sorbonnes. A version with a HEPA filter allows work with powders. Economical, no installation cost, no ventilation system to create, does not waste heating or air conditioning, mobile. The following options are to be chosen and must be included with your order (see related products): The activated carbon filter. Optional options: Worktop (enamelled glass or Trespa), Mobile (Mobicap) or fixed (Benchcap) furniture, Transparent back panel, Prefilter. All Erlab hoods are delivered in kit form for assembly.

The Captair 321 Midcap model does not have the new Smart technology: it is only equipped with an on/off button for ventilation, no electronic card, limited options and equipment.

Construction in electrozinc-plated anti-corrosion steel with anti-acid coating.
Transparent and colorless PMMA with high optical purity on 3 sides.
Optional equipment: worktop with enamel glass or black phenolic resin retention - mobile Mobicap unit - transparent back panel.

Thanks to the ESP program, a free study (Valiquest) will allow you to determine your needs in terms of protection and ergonomics.
