PCR detection kit for bacteriophage T4 virus

Experiment principle:
The results of TP1 (Bacteriophages Kit with antibacterial effect ref. 117234) show that an element, not visible under the microscope and present in the deposited suspension, produces zones of inhibition of bacterial growth equivalent to those of certain antibiotics. The PCR analysis will determine the presence of a viral gene in the suspension, indicating that this bactericidal effect is due to a virus: the T4 bacteriophage.
