Lighting

The quality of a microscope’s lighting is essential for achieving precise observations. Halogen lighting is gradually being phased out for economic and environmental reasons, as it is being replaced by LED lighting, which lasts significantly longer, consumes far less energy, and does not generate heat—an important advantage. We offer a selection of LED and halogen bulbs to replace those in your microscopes when needed.

Most modern microscopes are equipped with a filter holder, designed to accommodate color filters. These filters enhance sample visibility depending on their color. For example, a blue filter reduces red and yellow tones, improving the observation of highly transparent specimens.
