"How to make a quote ?"

We have optimized and simplified our quote request process on the site.
To make a quote, simply add your products to the basket. When your selection is complete, on the basket page, click on the "request a quote" button
You can then add a comment to your request and name your quote for better follow-up.
Your new quote will be immediately added to your "my profile" section and you will receive, within minutes, a confirmation email and the quote in pdf format.
From your profile you will be able to follow the progress of the treatment, the interventions related to your request and directly convert your quote into an order
2/ Once your list is complete, open your basket page and click on the button "REQUEST A QUOTE"
3/ Let yourself be guided to finalize your quote.

If you already know the references of your products, you can easily and quickly place your order (or estimate) via the quick order bars.
One of these quick order tools is in the " my profile / Order by iSKU"
Usage:
- Add your reference and the desired quantity
- You can add multiple references
- Then click on the add button to 'Add to Cart' your references to your cart.
A second tool of this type can be found directly in your basket page. It will allow you to enter your references directly without having to browse the site.

New: Thanks to our new feature, upload your excel file (.csv format) containing the references of your products and the quantities you want… and your basket is filled, the order is ready!
To use this feature, go to your profile and select the "Order by item reference" tab. Then upload your CSV file containing the desired product references
Layout in 1 columns:
sku,qty
reference,quantity
Example: mylist.csv
