Educational PCR software for 16-well thermocycler

This software, for the Jeulin PCR thermocycler, accompanies the student during the amplification process. It displays real-time complementary pedagogical concepts that help the student better understand the DNA chain polymerization process. 3 functions: 1- Real-time monitoring The parameters of the current program are displayed in real-time: progress status, number of cycles, and remaining duration. 2- Didactic interface The temperature cycles are shown on the graph, and a schematic animation illustrates the 3 main phases of each cycle: denaturation, hybridization, and polymerization. 3- Copy counter This counter indicates at each cycle the theoretical number of copies for a target zone (amplicon). It allows a concrete appreciation of the meaning of a 2^n amplification for n cycles. Compatible only with PC
