Experimentally determine the energy released during the combustion of a hydrocarbon.

Introduction:
The energy balance model allows for estimating the energy released during the combustion of an alcohol, a hydrocarbon, or any other type of fuel such as food.
The energy estimation is done by comparing the thermal effect of combustion with the same thermal effect obtained by the Joule effect.
