Laboratory Lab Benches
We offer a complete range of laboratory benches to effectively organize your workspace. That is why we have developed several types of laboratory benches to meet all your needs and constraints. They complement each other to optimize your laboratory efficiently.
Here are the four types of laboratory benches we offer:
- Single lab bench: Available in different sizes and finishes, this bench is the most used element in a laboratory.
- Wet sink lab bench: Equipped with sinks made of stoneware or polypropylene, these benches are designed for applications requiring water, featuring rear access hatches and antifungal epoxy or silicone seals.
- Triangular lab bench: Used for group teaching devices, these benches can be combined with other models and equipped with wheels for easy mobility. They may also include cabinets with sliding or hinged doors.
- Island lab bench: These benches are designed to promote circulation and organization by equipment grouping. They are available with different types of backsplashes and finishes.
In a laboratory, the work surface is subjected to various aggressions, whether chemical, mechanical, thermal, or from students. Therefore, we offer four types of coatings for the laboratory benches. The choice of coating depends on its resistance to the nature of the substances handled and its cost:
- Laminate: Suitable and resistant for all other manipulations.
- Stoneware: Adapted to all experimental environments. Resistant to abrasion, common chemicals (strong acids and bases) and silver nitrate, stains, with resistance to fire and moisture (water spills).
- Glass: Suitable for microbiology manipulations.
- Trespa: Suitable for chemistry, biology, and physics.
The pedestals are made of welded steel tubes, ensuring great rigidity. There are two types of pedestals, each with its advantages:
- C-Pedestal: Offers great stability as the pedestals are widely spaced and fixed to the ground, reducing the risk of tipping. Made of thick steel, it provides high resistance to heavy loads. It is easy to install as it does not require complex drilling or ground fixation.
- H-Pedestal: Offers storage space beneath the laboratory bench, which can be useful for storing equipment or supplies. It allows easy access to the space underneath the bench. It is generally more compact than the C-pedestals, making it more suitable for limited spaces.
The laboratory benches are also equipped with adjustable leveling feet or wheels. To increase their functionality, they can be fitted with cabinets with sliding or hinged doors, adjustable shelves, and storage spaces for all scientific materials. Some benches are equipped with locking wheels, allowing for easy mobility and adaptable laboratory configurations. They can also include built-in or protruding electrical outlets, as well as taps and sinks for water and gas.
We understand that modularity is an increasingly important criterion in your choice, which is why our laboratory benches are designed to be modular, allowing various configurations according to pedagogical needs and available spaces. They can be assembled in different formations to optimize space and encourage collaborative projects.
Our entire collection complies with the NF X 15-201 standard.
