Distillator with integrated tank PD 12R - Lauda

The Lauda distillers produce a distillate of high purity, low gas content, aseptic and pyrogen-free, as well as very low conductivity. The distillate obtained meets the DAB standards as well as the European Pharmacopoeia. Depending on the quality of the network water, it is possible to achieve even better conductivity values. The obtained distillate is used in research and development for the preparation of bacteriological and clinical samples, as well as for the preparation of cell cultures and tissues. It is also used in cleaning and sterilization processes, for buffer solutions, as well as for microbiological and analytical applications, especially in HPLC. Lauda distillers are reliable, maintenance-free, easy to use and service, and carry the CE label. The integrated tank offers a capacity of twice the hourly flow rate. This device has proven itself in daily laboratory work. It is equipped with electronic function monitoring to ensure continuous distillate production. Execution and main characteristics: - Good quality distillate, conductivity approx. 2.3 μs/cm at 25°C. - Heating body in stainless steel 1.4301. - Heating body protection with water shortage safety by thermostat to prevent dry running. - Energy saving thanks to the boiler being fed by preheated cooling water. - Carbon dioxide degassing through the upper outlet. - Boiler with splash water protection for easy access (lift the lid). Material: stainless steel 1.4301. - Distillate tank with a capacity of twice the hourly flow rate. Material: stainless steel 1.4301. - Condenser (cooling coil) in the tank easily removable. Material: stainless steel 1.4301. - Water supply by a solenoid valve mounted on the device with connection for 1/2 inch water pressure tubes (inner diameter 12.7 mm); (water supply hose available as an option). - Cooling water pressure required: > 3 bar up to max. 7 bar. After the central switch is activated, the solenoid valve opens the water inlet and shuts off once the tank is full. Water consumption savings. - Cooling water outlet with flexible 3/4 inch connectors (inner diameter 19 mm). Unvaporized water drains through the cooler drain; (water outlet hose included). - Distillate distribution through the front-facing faucet, with continuous or pressure-based opening. - The electronic level regulator cuts off the device's power when the tank is full and automatically restarts after distillate distribution. - The electronic impurity detector shuts off the device in case of significant water pollution in the boiler + red "cleaning" light alarm. - Boiler drain through a faucet on the right side of the device. - Central switch and front-facing light alarms (yellow for operation and red for cleaning). - Double-walled casing: outer casing made of galvanized stainless steel sheet with electrostatic epoxy powder coating.
