A digital reciprocating shaker has been manufactured for a wide range of applications, including cell cultures requiring highly precise and reproducible results while ensuring optimal safety. A comprehensive device indeed. Can support up to 6.8 kg.

Operating Features:

The agitation system continuously controls the stirring speed and maintains the configuration even when loads change. When the unit is set to a speed greater than 100 rpm, the speed accuracy is approximately 1% of the set speed. When the set speed is less than 100 rpm, the speed accuracy is approximately 1 rpm.

Microprocessor Control: Variable speed microprocessor control ensures uniform and constant agitation. The microprocessor displays the last set point and restarts in case of power interruption.
Simple Eccentric Drive: Permanently lubricated maintenance-free ball bearings, brushless DC motor to ensure reliable service and continuous operation.

LED Display: Touch controls with LED displays, shows speed and duration allowing the operator to view both parameters at once. Provides precise and reproducible results every time. The timer displays elapsed time or, if the user sets a limit, stops the unit when it reaches zero. The display shows the last settings used, even after power-off.

RS232 Interface: Offers dual communication for data logging and unit control.
Speed Calibration Mode: Allows the user to automatically recalibrate the speed display.

Safety Features:

Load Sensor: An integrated load sensor detects imbalances and automatically reduces rpm to a safe speed to protect samples.
Overload Protection: Visual and audible signals will trigger if the system detects an overload.
Speed Ramp Functionality: Gradually increases the speed to the desired point to avoid splashing.
Audible Alarm: In the programmed mode, an alarm sounds when the timer reaches zero. The alarm can be set to silent from the control touchpad.
Waterproof Design: Channels liquids away from internal components in case of system intrusion.

Operating Conditions:

The unit can be used in cold rooms, incubators, and CO2-rich environments ranging from -10 to 60 °C with humidity levels up to 80%, without condensation.
