Agarose Gel EasyGreen™ 1% precast + TAE 10X | Jeulin

Set of 10 tubes = 10 gels at 1%
200 ml 10X TAE Buffer = 2 L of 1X TAE Buffer

Pre-dosed agarose gel in a 15 ml bottle, already colored with GelGreen™ for use with the MiniOne® and PhorEasy® Jeulin compact electrophoresis systems.

Instructions: For the gel, break the agarose with a spatula, heat for 15 seconds in the microwave, and pour into the gel support. To make 1X TAE buffer, pour 200 ml of 10X TAE into a beaker and add 1800 ml of distilled water.

Shelf life: 6 months
Storage: +4°C, protected from light

Composition: 10 gel tubes + 1 bottle of 200 ml 10X TAE Buffer
