Mini agarose gel 3% + TAE 10X | Jeulin

Lot of 10 tubes = 10 gels at 3%
200 ml 10X TAE Buffer = 2 L of 1X TAE Buffer

Pre-dosed agarose gel in a 15 ml bottle, colorless, for use with MiniOne® compact electrophoresis and PhorEasy® Jeulin.

Instructions: For the gel, break the agarose with a spatula, heat for 15 seconds in the microwave, and pour into the gel support. To obtain 1X TAE buffer, pour 200 ml of 10X TAE into a beaker and add 1800 ml of distilled water.
