Set of solutions to highlight magnesium ions.
125 mL of thiazole yellow
125 mL of sodium hydroxide

The 2 bottles are not to be mixed beforehand.

Protocol for the recognition test:
To perform the recognition test, mix in the same volume, in the solution to be tested.
a few mL of the solution to be tested + 1mL of thiazole yellow + 1 mL of sodium hydroxide for example
