PEN-PRO has a Brix measurement range of 0.0 to 85.0% which can be used to measure almost any sample.
There are 2 ways to measure with the PEN-PRO: Dip the tip into the sample and press the START button OR press the START button and touch the tip to the sample.
Another feature allows for continuous measurements. It is ergonomically designed for handheld use. The PEN-PRO's automatic temperature compensation function allows you to take measurement values regardless of the ambient temperature.
The PEN's protection class is IP65 (IP67 prism head). The sample can be rinsed with tap water on the prism.
The design allows the user to easily wipe the sample.
