Digital refractometer - Sugar Brix - ORF 45BM KERN

The ORF 45BM refractometer is ideal for measuring the Brix value and is used, among other things, to determine the sugar content of foods and beverages. Ideal for areas of the process control, food and catering industry.

The models of the KERN ORF-B series are very precise digital and universal manual refractometers that do not require maintenance.
In addition, their ergonomics have been specially designed to offer simple, fast and efficient use, and this, in a sustainable way.
The device is equipped with an easily readable color TFT (Thin-film transistor) display with an integrated temperature display that helps the user to reliably determine an exact value.

The software with which the device is equipped offers different measurements with different graduations.
Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) eliminates manual conversion and therefore ensures flawless consistency and accuracy. In addition, the factory calibration of the refractometers allows immediate use.

This series is protected against dust and splashing water according to the international protection class IP65 . After use you can rinse the refractometer under running water.
