Nd:YAG laser mirror set option

Option of the Nd:YAG Laser Experiment (ref. 204820).

A set of four laser mirrors with reflectivities ranging from 80% to 99% at 1,064 nm is provided. The influence of reflectivity on the laser threshold and slope efficiency is shown. The maximum laser power as a function of reflectivity is measured. Laser thresholds for different mirrors are plotted and extrapolated for a minimum threshold value.
