A KExperiment crystal converts Nd:YAG intra-cavity emission into green light. For green emission greater than 5 mW, a highly transmissive ouExperimentut coupler mirror at 532 nm is provided. Using an infrared-absorbing filter, the quadratic response of the SHG process is measured. The transverse cavity modes of the Nd:YAG laser are impressively visualized by SHG.
