GelGreen™ DNA Stain 500 µL

This DNA dye to be incorporated into your gels before electrophoresis allows for an immediate revelation by simple backlighting with the transilluminator.

In addition to the convenience of immediate reading, the detection level is significantly higher than that of traditional dyes (such as azure A), with fluorescence revealing very low amounts of DNA. This dye provides you with: time savings, result accuracy, safety (no use of UV light), and instant results without a staining bath.

Volume = 500 µL
Dose for about ten 50 mL agarose gels or approximately 15/20 15 mL gels.
Works with all TAE, TBE, and TGV buffers.

Store Gelgreen™ and diluted dye solutions at room temperature and protected from light.

At low temperatures, the dye may precipitate, resulting in a weaker signal or a precipitate appearance in the gel. In this case, warm the solution to 45-50 °C for 2 minutes.
