DNA dye GelGreen™

This DNA dye to be integrated into your gels before electrophoresis allows for immediate visualization with simple backlighting using the transilluminator.

In addition to the convenience of immediate reading, the detection level is significantly higher than with the classic dye (such as azure A), with the fluorescence revealing very low quantities of DNA. This dye provides you with: time savings, precision of results, safety (no use of UV light) and instant results without the need for a staining bath.

Volume = 30 µL
Dosage for 10 gels of 50 mL corresponding to 500 mL of agarose.
Works with all TAE, TBE, and TGV buffers.
