Flavor synthesis kit

The pre-dosed breakable ampoule aroma synthesis kits were designed taking into account the existing constraints during whole-class manipulation:
- sulfuric acid has been replaced by a less dangerous catalyst,
- the concentration of acetic acid (necessary for some aromas) has been reduced to mitigate the smell in the classroom,
In addition, the syntheses require few additional materials and have sufficient yield to obtain a few milliliters of aromas for their characterization.

To go further and perform purification, the synthesis must be completed with consumables.

Composition of a set for 10 manipulations: - 10 vials of 5 mL of acid - 10 vials of 5 mL of alcohol - 10 vials of 1.5 mL of catalyst
