High-performance heating block for the Bambu Lab X1E 3D printer. Designed for fast and precise printing, this hotend reaches 320°C to handle technical filaments. Filaments containing carbon fiber, fiberglass, metal, or other inorganic particles tend to clog 0.2 mm nozzles. For filaments containing carbon fiber or fiberglass, it is highly recommended to use a hardened steel heating block with a 0.6 mm nozzle to minimize the risks of clogging and abrasion. PLA-CF and PETG-CF filaments have been extensively tested and have proven to present a low risk of clogging when printed with a hardened steel heating block and a 0.4 mm nozzle, while achieving better print quality.
