Replacement hardened steel heating block for Bambu Lab P1 series 3D printer. Filaments containing carbon fiber, fiberglass, metal, or other inorganic particles tend to clog 0.2 mm nozzles. For filaments containing carbon fiber or fiberglass, it is strongly recommended to use a hardened steel heating block with a 0.6 mm nozzle to minimize the risks of clogging and abrasion. PLA-CF and PETG-CF filaments have been extensively tested and have proven to have a low risk of clogging when printed with a hardened steel heating block and a 0.4 mm nozzle, while achieving better print quality.
