The controlled heating mantles, MHM-200 series by Cole-Parmer, formerly CMU, ELECTROTHERMAL®, are designed for heating all types of chemical solutions. The metal housing's ventilation grilles allow the outer casing to remain cool to the touch. The outer casing is made of aluminum, coated with powder for easy cleaning and to remain cool. A stainless steel grounding screen and dual fuses provide additional safety. All CMU series heating mantles come with a support to hold a support rod.
