ProCare Lab 30 C is a liquid acid neutralizing agent for machine washing laboratory glassware and laboratory care utensils in Miele Professional washer-disinfectors (liquid concentrate). It is used for neutralizing alkaline residues from the main washing phase and/or for acid pre-washing during machine washing of laboratory glassware.

Main areas of use:

ProCare Lab 30 C is used in medical-technical, biological, microbiological, and chemical laboratories, as well as in water analysis laboratories, laboratories in the phosphate industry, agri-food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industry.

Caractéristiques techniques
- Hardware compatibility and suitable for sensitive materials without phosphates or surfactants. - Particularly recommended for use as a neutralizer for laboratory glassware machine processing, for example for sensitive water analyses or in phosphate industry laboratories. - Usage and dosage: Miele ProCare Lab 30 C is designed for procedures in Miele Professional washer-disinfectors. - Exact and economical dosage via a dosing pump. - Concentration: - the following parameters must be respected when using ProCare Lab 30 C. - Neutralization: 1 - 2 ml/l. - For acid pre-wash: 3 - 4 ml/l at 40 - 60 °C. - Exact and economical dosage via a dosing pump. For dosing, appropriate dosing devices must be used. - Dosage temperature min ≥ 15 °C, recommended max. usage temperature ≤ 85 °C. - Attention! - The ProCare Lab 30 C solution must be completely rinsed with water (preferably demineralized water). - When using ProCare Lab 30 C for pre-washing, ensure the acid resistance of the load, machine, and drainage pipes. Eternit and cast iron pipes are not suitable and require prior neutralization of the drainage solution. - Do not mix with other products. - To be used as a neutralizing agent, where residues of phosphates, phosphoric acid, nitrogen-containing compounds, and surfactants disrupt final analytical analyses and where special material protection is required. - Can also be used as an acid-based pre-wash to remove soluble residues present in the acid. - Phosphorus P₂O₅ content is less than 10 ppm in concentrate. - Suitable for: Stainless steel, laboratory glassware, ceramics, and plastics¹ (PE, PP, PVDF, PTFE), also suitable for neutralizing non-anodized aluminum. ¹Plastics that are suitable according to the manufacturer's instructions, for acid washing in machines. - Not suitable for: light metals, non-ferrous metals, chrome and nickel surfaces, anodized aluminum; and not suitable for acid pre-washing of non-anodized aluminum.
