STANDARD EQUIPMENT PROVIDED:

OPERCULES

Each hood is equipped with 4 opercules allowing easy insertion of your electrical or gas supply cables, for example.

TRANSPARENT WALLS

Our hoods are delivered with robust transparent walls on all sides, providing you with a bright working space. Convenient for demonstrations.

SAMPLING PORT

A sampling port, located on the front of the hood, allows you to quickly and reliably check the saturation of your active charcoal filter using the pump and reagent tubes.

TOUCHSCREEN INTERFACE / FILTRALARM 5 (CLASS 1 AND 2) WITH:

This new generation of Labopur hoods features a new intuitive touchscreen interface with complete functionalities to streamline the daily use of the hood, including:

• The filtralarm 5 controller, thanks to an electronic circuit, measures the air passage speed at the front (0.4-0.6 m/s) and detects and alerts you to filter clogging or any air flow anomalies with an audible and visual signal in accordance with standard NF X 15-211.

• The automatic air flow regulator (0.4-0.6 m/s) analyzes the flow speed in real time and ensures that the hood is working under negative pressure, ensuring the containment of vapors in the work area and the passage of vapors through the filter.

• Hour meter (60 hours): an audible and visual signal prompts you to check the saturation of the active charcoal filter.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

MELAMINE WORKTOP

Made of high-density melamine, it offers excellent resistance to chemical aggressions. A glass worktop is also available for use with acids.

GLASS WORKTOP

Made of laminated glass 2x3mm + 8mm opal PVB film for use with highly aggressive products such as acids.

LIGHTING

We offer to integrate LED lighting inside the hood arranged not to obstruct your visibility. IP65 - 10W - 4200K - 710lm

CONTAINMENT TRAY

Under each worktop, there is a containment tray adjusted to the hood. In case of leakage or accidental spillage, the handled liquids are collected. To clean the tray, simply lift and remove the worktop and use an appropriate absorbent. This tray is provided with the worktop of your choice.

MANUAL PUMP AND REAGENT TUBES

Think of your health. Check the saturation of your active charcoal filter using a pump and reagent tubes (required for class 2 only). We can offer you a wide range of reagent tubes according to your products, consult us!

MANDATORY OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT (to be chosen according to your use):

CHEMICAL SENSOR

Automatic detector E-detect of active charcoal filter saturation (mandatory and only available for Class 1 Hoods): to be chosen among the following compounds: ammonia vapors, corrosive + organic vapors, formaldehyde vapors, or organic vapors.

ACTIVE CHARCOAL FILTERS AND HEPA H14 FILTERS

Your Labopur NFX15.211 hood must be equipped with one (Class 2) or two identical (Class 1) active charcoal molecular filters per filtration column. It can also be equipped additionally with a Hepa H14 filter. For use with a Hepa filter only: choose a Class 2 hood.

Filters to be ordered mandatory with your hood: take as many filters as filtration modules.
