Laboratory benchtop in H stoneware coating

Stoneware Coating:
White enameled stoneware tile (KERAION brand from BUCHTAL) 8 mm thick glued on a 22 mm thick waterproof CTBH (650 kg/m²) double-sided laminated panel.
5 tile formats: 600 x 600 x 8 mm, 600 x 750 x 8 mm, 600 x 900 x 8 mm, 750 x 750 x 8 mm, and 750 x 900 x 8 mm.
Joint made with acid-resistant epoxy cement.
Edges protected by a 40 mm gray PVC shockproof edge strip mounted with fir tree tail.

Performance:
Abrasion-resistant.
Resistant to common chemical products (acids and strong bases) and silver nitrate.
Resistant to dyes (maximum limit: methylene blue and neutral red).
Fire resistance (10-minute radiator spike test).
Moisture insensitivity (water spill).
Suitable for all experimental environments.

Metal Framework:
Mechanically welded H-shaped metal legs made of 30 x 30 x 2 mm steel tube.
Under-panel stiffener made of 30 x 30 x 2 mm steel tube.
2 upper and lower bars to ensure leg rigidity.
Legs fixed by screwing on the stiffeners.
Chemical-resistant epoxy baked paint.
Standard color RAL 5014 (contact us for other colors).

Ground Fixing:
Each leg is equipped with adjustable jacks allowing table leveling with anchoring at a depth of 50 mm ensuring very high solidity and rigidity of the table.
