- Weighing plus/minus:
For example, for checking the weight of parts, manufacturing control, producing packages of the same weight, etc. The deviation of the samples from the defined reference weight is displayed and preceded by the + or - sign.
- Creation of SOP/ISO protocols for weighing data, balance adjustment, etc. with the date, time, and identification number in connection with the corresponding KERN printer. Ideal for monitoring and documenting processes within a quality management system.
- Creation of formulas: it is possible to weigh different components of a mixture. For control purposes, the total weight of all components can be checked.
- PRE-TARE function for manually deducting the weight of a known container, useful for level checks.
- Freely programmable weighing units: e.g. direct display in wire length g/m, paper weight g/m, etc.
- Percentage determination: allows weighing with a predetermined value (100%) and recording deviations from this nominal value.
Standard accessories or optional:
- Round protective cover as standard, only for models with a plate size of ØxH 90x40 mm
- Hook for weighing suspended loads under the balance is provided as standard and as an accessory if needed (see related products)
- Operation with internal battery, optional (see related products), service life up to 48 hours without backlight, charging time approx. 8 hours. AUTO-OFF function to preserve the battery, can be turned off.
