An ultra-durable digital orbital shaker designed for a range of applications. A high-quality product allowing for reproducible and evenly distributed movement across the entire surface of the aluminum platform. Ideally suited for cell culture applications, solubility studies, or extraction procedures.

Operating Features:

Accu-Drive Shaking System: The patented and exclusive Accu-Drive shaking system offers exceptional durability, precision, and speed control. The shaking system continuously controls the shaking speed and maintains the set point even as loads change. When the unit is set to a speed over 100 rpm, the speed accuracy is approximately 1% of the set speed. When the set speed is below 100 rpm, the speed accuracy is about 1 rpm.

Microprocessor Control: Variable speed microprocessor control ensures uniform and consistent shaking. The microprocessor displays the last set point and restarts in case of power interruption.
Triple Eccentric Drive: Permanently lubricated maintenance-free ball bearings, brushless DC motor to ensure reliable service and continuous operation.

LED Display: Touch controls with LED displays, shows speed and duration allowing the operator to view both parameters simultaneously. Provides precise and reproducible results every time. The timer displays elapsed time or, if the user sets a limit, stops the unit when it reaches zero. The display shows the last used parameters even after power-off.

RS232 Interface: Provides dual communication for data logging and unit control.
Speed Calibration Mode: Allows the user to automatically recalibrate the speed display.

Safety Features:

Load Sensor: An integrated load sensor detects imbalances and automatically reduces rpm to a safe speed to protect samples. Overload Protection: Audible and visual signals activate when the system detects an obstruction or overload on the platform. Speed Ramp-Up Functionality: Gradually increases speed to the desired point to avoid splashing.
Audible Alarm: In programmed mode, an alarm sounds when the timer reaches zero. The alarm can be set to silent from the control touchpad.
Waterproof Design: Channels liquids away from internal components.

Operating Conditions:

The unit can be used in cold rooms, incubators, and CO2-rich environments ranging from -10 to 60 °C with humidity levels up to 80%, without condensation.
