Microfossil marls

Date two marl samples using the microfossils they contain!
Perform chemical treatments on the marls, then sieve and wash the microfossils to observe them under a binocular microscope.

To be completed with a microfossil sieve including instructions for the lab work and a microfossil identification chart.

Microfossils to discover:
- Maastrichtian Marls (1 bag of minimum 50 g): Globotruncanun, Heterohelicids, Globigerines, Pseudotextularia, Foraminifera
- Danian Marl (Paleocene) (1 bag of minimum 50 g): Globigerines and some Heterohelicids

- 1 bag of samples of Paleocene globigerin marl (50 g minimum). - 1 bag of samples of Maastrichtian globotruncanas marl (50 g minimum).
