Experiment Mach-Zehnder on optical table
Subjects discussed :
- Adjustment of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer
- Quantum interferometry
Principles and objectives:
Interferometer whose principle is close to that of the Michelson but whose paths of the two separated beams do not return on themselves.
It is also used in quantum mechanics experiments for its ability to highlight the wave or corpuscular aspect of the photon.
