Immunodetection Kit - ELISA principle
The realization of an ELISA test, with its color gradient linked to different concentrations of antibodies, to detect and quantify it, can sometimes be delicate. This test represents a simplified alternative. Based on the same theoretical and practical foundations as the ELISA test (ref. 115037), this kit allows for a simplified test with a negative control, positive control, and an unknown solution to be tested. The student will reveal the presence or absence of antibodies without quantifying them. This kit contains wells impregnated with antigens and all necessary solutions are ready to use. It requires no preparation or specific equipment, just a simple dilution and it's ready! Additionally, the TMB is supplied in a dosing bottle. This diagnostic test quickly illustrates the specificity of antibodies towards the antigen. Format: 24 complete tests Duration of the experiment: 1 session of 50 min Storage duration: 6 months in the freezer or 2 weeks in the refrigerator Storage condition: +4°C (and -18°C for serum and antibodies)
The kit consists of:
- 24 half-strips with 4 wells.
- 6 mL of ready-to-use TMB.
- 50 mL of PBS buffer.
- 1 tube of enzyme substrate.
- 1 tube of immunized rabbit serum against BSA.
- 1 tube of non-immunized rabbit serum.
- 1 tube of secondary reactive antibodies coupled with an enzyme.
