Goal :
Implement a protocol to obtain the development of a whole plant from the removal of a leaf fragment of Saint Paulia. It is necessary to work with 2 media successively, the multiplication medium (SP1) then the rooting medium (SP2).

Why choose Saintpaulia?
This indoor plant, available in garden centres, is easy to care for. It makes it easy to obtain disinfected fragments, unlike the potato which requires the prior production of germs. It is also easier to cultivate in vitro than carrot tissues. It is not necessary to obtain a sterile callus beforehand.
