Update Maqplus 38ES to Maqplus 38ES / GROOMY

This executable allows you to switch from MaqPlus 38ES version to MaqPlus 38ES / GROOMY. Remarks: - This update REQUIRES that the Maqplus 2003 version be installed. - This version includes: Exercises and corrections of the 3D home automation model as well as the simulation. The launcher allowing to control the 38ES interface and the GROOMY interface. New on June 15, 2011: Possibility to control the old JEULIN models (Microfeux, 2D home automation, 3D home automation, elevator, lock) with the Groomy interface and the ES transcoder. Control of relays 1 to 4 of the Groomy interface with I/Os 20 to 23 of Maqplus. New on November 14, 2011: Added exercises and corrections: - modular lights - modular museum New on December 21, 2011: Fixed issue with operation between the ES transcoder and JEULIN models.
